Thanks for the invitation! I would love to meet with you. I will be out
of town though around that time and don't know yet if I'll be back in
time for a June 3 meeting. I should know within two weeks. Feel free to
ask me again in a week or two if I don't get back to you. However, I've
decided not to go to General Assembly this year, so if June 3 doesn't
work, perhaps we could meet later in the month?<br>

As co-chair of the accessibility committee, I would like to invite you<br>
to our June meeting. I know, that is some weeks away, and there is a<br>
whole lot to do between now and then with respect to major decisions in<br>
the church. <br>

We are a small committee, but we would really appreciate a chance to<br>
dialogue with you at one of our meetings, to discuss our work, exchange<br>
ideas with you on our mutual vision of UUCE as a welcoming and<br>
inclusive congregation, and discuss the idea of a possible future<br>
Sunday service which you might lead which would have some aspect of<br>
this facet of inclusion as its theme. We meet in the sanctuary when<br>
its available, on the first Tuesday of the month from 7:00 to 9:00, and<br>
would be happy to have you join us for however long and at whatever<br>
time during our meeting would be most convenient for you.<br>

We understand your schedule is packed, but we're hoping you will be<br>
able to find the time to meet with us this church year, at our June<br>
