I agree completely with your sentiments concerning the Outreach
cluster as not being an appropriate home for the Accessibility
Committee and I hope maria is right that this set-up is far from being
cast in iron.<br>

We had a good meeting last evening, albeit small in number. I'll be
getting minutes out asap, but am having work done on my computer this
evening, which may cause a delay. <br>
<br>
Among action items: We decided to try to assist in arranging
transportation to LCC for stewardship Sunday, April 6th; maria will
work on that, possibly in conjunction with Green Sanctuary. I'm
planning to suggest to the CC that I help develop a checklist for
planning and holding church events that will include accessibility
items. maria will suggest Jeanne-Marie to the Nominating Committee for
the BPOC slate. I'll contact the Music Committee to double-check on how
the seating will be set up for the Talent Show March 15th.<br>

the matter of clusters, which I know we havve discussed in the past. It
was my recollection that we were not entirely thrilled with the idea of
accessibility being put in the outreach cluster. Maybe that's partly
because I at least am not sure what outreach means. It sounds like its
community focused rather than church focused.. and I frankly think
we've got enough to do within our church community that is of
significant priority that I sure don't want to be put into a cluster
whose primary focus is on issues outside of home, so to speak. I think
some of these proposed clusters make sense and others are force fits.
Is anybody planning to attend the CC on Saturday? I may be able to do
so, unless you guys have already tasked somebody with representing us.
