David,

This is a very good summary. I have a few suggestions: 

(1) Omit names of members; instead just list co-chairs. 

(2) I wonder if we need both Responsibilities and On-Going Activities, 
as they are somewhat redundant. Omit one or the other (perhaps On-Going 
Activities?)

(3) Omit the sound system listing under Facilities Council--it's not 
their responsibility and, in any case, the only thing I recall our doing 
was writing an "Accessibility Tip" about it in the newsletter

 (4) Omit "Challenges" as they seem self-evident (recruiting new members 
is an ongoing concern for all committees) and the second item is 
inherent in our responsibilities

(5) Add "if this option becomes available" after  "Join EQUUAL ACCESS (a 
new UUA national organization)"

(6) Omit "after a third-Friday potluck" after the Taboo Game night item, 
as at present the Pearas are no longer going to organize them and no one 
has volunteered to take their place; therefore they may no longer exist.
