[Access] April 1 Meeting

Hi folks,
The april 1 meeting of our committee will be in room 2 this time,
because of yet another scheduling conflict about which we were asked in
advance and consented. I'm looking for agenda items. You may reply on
or off list as you see fit.
I don't recall seeing that we have a reading volunteer for this month.
does somebody want to volunteer to do a short reading at the beginning
of the meeting?

Other possible topics include: updates from liaisons, if there is
anything to report or action required, updates on ongoing projects such
as taboo night,(Jeanne-Marie and Leslie)  the accessibility surveys
(David) and efforts to co-ordinate accessibility concerns with the work
of the newly formed events committee (Cindy).  There is also budget
(David) and celebration sunday rides (Mariah with green sanctuary). 
If you want time for other old business that I haven't mentioned here,
please let me know.

I will have a couple brief items under new business, and there is
always the ongoing possible topic of future projects, worship service
for the summer? If you have specific items under this topic, again,
please let me know, along with an approximate amount of time you feel
will be needed.
