[Access] Agenda for Meeting February 5th

Howdy,

As I indicated earlier, I regret that I'll miss this meeting too. 
I've just prepared the agenda for the Facilities Council, and I don't 
see anything of special interest to Accessibility.  In fact, we're in 
a little fallow period, wrapping up old business and not having work 
that needs or ought to be done right now.
