[Access] Additional accessibility concerns for the auction

Hi Sue,

In my haste to get a checklist off to you before my recent house guests came, I neglected to circulate it first to the Accessibility Committee for input. I should know better.

So here are two more suggestions:

(1) A few Braille programs are needed. Mary Otten says "braille listings should not be that hard to do, if (and its a huge if) there is a firm deadline for submission of items that will go into the program and if I get that program in an accessible and translatable form. I seem to recall it was on the website last year." In other words, Mary can provide the Braille programs if you can get the text to her ahead of time in a form her braille machine can interpret.

(2) A "sign language interpreter" for the live auction? Adelka Shawn & Marina McIntire are professionals.

Thanks go to maria, Mary Otten, Jeanne-Marie Moore, and Marina McIntire for their input on this.

Cindy
