[Access] scheduling yet again

I have an idea.  How about we schedule the breezeway room, then if the 
threshold proves daunting we can take chairs for those of us without 
our own, into Room #2... which rarely is used for meetings as it has no 
adult chairs, assuming the threshold there is better.  dm
