Executive Director for fast-growing nonprofit empowering people with  
disabilities to live independently. Most staff and board have  
disabilities. Excellent skills in fiscal and operational management,  
leadership building, public speaking, community partnering, managing  
grants and contracts, setting timelines, resource development. Need  
positive management style. Full-time, minimum $40,000 salary, health
