Facilities Council, Accessibility Committee, and Jim Weldy:

Yesterday and today, white lines were painted on each side of the walkway,
and they were sprinkled with glass beads that will reflect at night when
lights are on.  Kylia managed the project, did most of the painting and did
the bead work.  I helped with the painting.
