SpontaneUUs!! .... local Eugene area UU members and friends -- Connect here to announce activities, dinners, parties, hikes, raft trips, meeting at movies or concerts, dances, art walks, fun!...... This list is open to UUCE members and friends or people who have participated in UUCE activities. You can check with moderator for more info. This is an ANNOUNCEMENT list for people to announce an event or activity and then discuss logistics and details off-list amongst interested parties. This will be different than some other lists because responses will go to the sender, not the list. Example -- Any subscriber may announce an activity. Interested persons then reply to the OP (Original Poster). Then the OP responds off list to the respondents and all can participate in an off list email discussion about the details and planning. There likely will be less interactive chatter than on some other lists. This is a feature some people have been requesting. In order to get some feedback, sometimes the organizer of an event may give a brief report back how many people participated and how it went.

Subscribing to SpontaneUUs
Subscribe to SpontaneUUs by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your real first and last name required:   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
