The Faith of an Atheist: The Gift of an Empty Box

Gil Osgood

Sunday, 3 October 2010

This sermon is subtitled "The gift of an empty box." We will be discussing how traditional religious language, like "prayer," "worship" and "soul," may still have something to say to us even if those words seem to have lost all their meaning and evoke only negative emotions when we hear them spoken. We will look at what atheists and theists may have in common and consider what it is that is really important to believe.
